Senior Vice-President, Group Chief Procurement Officer - Roque Carmona is an Electrical and Electronics graduate from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries in Strasbourg, and has an Executive MBA from HEC in Paris. He began his career in 1994 at GE Energy, as a commissioning engineer in the Projects department, and then after three years became site manager for turnkey power plants projects. He lived for eight years in different countries such as Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, Malaysia, Jordan, Oman, Dubai, Denmark, Germany and the UK.
